Refund Policy
CodeBliss is a service operated by Texxet Company S.r.l.. Last updated 18 September 2026. This page is available in English only, which is the language of the agreement.
1. Who handles a refund
Creem is the merchant of record for your purchase: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and processes the money movement. The decision on a refund is ours, and so is the conversation. Write to us first — [TO CONFIRM: legal email] — and we will sort it out with you.
2. If you are a consumer in the EU
You have 14 days from the day you subscribe to withdraw from the contract. If you asked us to start work inside those 14 days, and we did, you owe the proportion of the service already performed, and we refund the rest. You keep the work already delivered.
Your statutory rights come first: nothing in this policy reduces them, and where this page and the law disagree, the law wins.
3. Outside the withdrawal period
If we have not started any request in the current cycle, tell us and we refund that cycle in full.
If we have delivered work in the current cycle, that cycle is not refunded. You can cancel so that you are not billed again; the cycle you already paid for runs to its end, and work in progress is completed.
Unused capacity is not refunded. A plan reserves our time for the month whether or not you use it, which is the same reason unused requests do not carry over to the next cycle.
4. If the work is not right
If something we delivered does not do what you asked for, that is not a refund question: tell us and we fix it. Every request includes two rounds of revision, and a genuine defect in what we built is ours to correct beyond those rounds.
A refund is for a service you did not receive, not for a result you changed your mind about after it shipped.
5. Chargebacks
If you disagree with a charge, please talk to us before asking your bank to reverse it. A chargeback opened without contacting us costs both sides time and fees, and we will always look at a genuine complaint first.
