Privacy Policy
CodeBliss is a service operated by Texxet Company S.r.l.. Last updated 18 September 2026. This page is available in English only, which is the language of the agreement.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller is Texxet Company S.r.l., registered at [TO CONFIRM: registered address]. For anything about your data, write to [TO CONFIRM: legal email].
2. What we collect, and why
Your account — name and email address, so you can sign in and we know who is asking. Your requests — whatever you write in them, plus any files or images you attach, because that is the work. Your subscription and payments — which plan you are on and the record of what you paid, because we have to bill you and keep accounts.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not profile you, and we do not sell anything about you to anyone.
3. Access to your systems
To do the work, you often give us access to your own systems. Anything we see there is yours and confidential: we use it only for your requests, and you can withdraw the access at any time.
4. Who else touches your data
We use the following services to run the product. Each one only receives what it needs for its job.
- Clerk — accounts and sign-in
- Neon — the database holding your account and your requests
- Creem — payments, invoicing and tax, as merchant of record
- Backblaze B2 — images you attach to a request
- Resend — transactional email
- Plunk — transactional email
- Telegram — internal alerts to us about new requests
5. How long we keep it
Your account and your requests are kept while your account exists. After you close it, we keep them for [TO CONFIRM: retention period after account closure]. Payment and invoicing records are kept for [TO CONFIRM: accounting retention period], because tax law requires it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [TO CONFIRM: legal email] and we will answer. If you are in the EU and you think we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to your national data protection authority.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we tell you before it takes effect rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
